Cynthia has been in the indusrty for 19 years.  She is licensed in Idaho, California, and Washington.  Cynthia is versatile and does many things well, including haircuts, color and even works as a nail technician occasionally here at the Spa. The creativity of a haircut is her favorite. " I love nothing more than to see a huge smile on someone's face when they leave my chair because happiness is contageous!"
