Who will help me decide what services I need and how do I make an appointment?
Our Reservation Specialists will assist you in planning the perfect experiences for you or your loved ones. Reading through our website is also helpful, but please do not hesitate to call with any questions. A credit card or gift certificate is required for multiple services. Please have one of them ready when you call.
What do I wear during my treatments?
Dress comfortably as we will provide a changing room where robes, gowns, and sandals are provided. During facial treatments you will wear a gown and be under the sheets of your estheticians bed. Massage is done without any clothing, however, our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and will always respect and protect your privacy at all times.
What if I have special needs or concerns?
All Spa guests will be asked to complete a brief medical questionnaire before their services. If you have physical impairments, please tell the Reservation Specialist what you may need and how we can help. The front desk coordinator is always there to help you if you would like to leave comments or suggestions.
Do you allow children in the waiting area?
Although we love children, please refrain from bringing them unless THEY are receiving a service. We would like to keep our Spa waiting area relaxed for all our guests.
What if I am late for my appointment?
We suggest that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled reservation. Your early arrival will allow you to unwind as well as be ready when your time arrives. Arriving late will limit your service time as we cannot delay the next guest. If you are late, our providers will do their best to make sure the most important detail is still provided as full payment is still necessary.
Do you accept gratuity?
For acknowledging a service well done, we accept and appreciate gratuity. For your convenience, 18% gratuity is included in all spa packages.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please understand that we book these reservations just for you, and the time booked is time that needs to be paid for. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations as this gives us time to fill in what was once your spot so providers are not left with empty time slots. “No Shows” are subject to payment as well. We will however call to confirm your reservation as we do not want to charge for services not rendered any more than you want to pay them. We are aware that emergencies happen and will take this into consideration.
