Appointments. Our reservations specialist will help you plan the perfect spa/salon experience. Due to the length of some of the spa/salon services, advanced booking is important! We require a 50% pre-paid deposit by credit card at the time of booking for multiple services. Please note the cancellation policy with regards to multiple services.

Arrival Time. To enjoy your experience to the fullest, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you to check in, and relax before your services. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed.

Payment for Services. 22 Changes requires a 24 hour cancellation notice for salon services and 48 hour notice for spa services. For multiple spa services or package bookings, 50% of the price of all services booked is charged as a deposit. The deposit will not be refunded for short notice. We accept Debit Cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Cash.

Personal Comfort. Dress comfortably. Robes, towels, sandals, lockers and  sauna facilities are available. Our therapist are trained to drape you appropriately for your privacy during your treatments.

Personal Items. Upon check in we provide a secure locked room for your coat and purse. 22 Changes does not assume liability for personal items.
